About Us

Saginaw Old Town Furniture & Mattress Co. was est. in 1958 by Mr. & Mrs. Russell Perry. It has been located in the city of Saginaw for 61 years. It first opened at 900 E. Genessee in 1958, then moved to 418 Hancock in 1978. Still operating at this location with the 2nd location of a Mattress Outlet warehouse store in the City of Saginaw at 530 W. Genessee.

Our mission is to sell quality furniture at discount pricing with great value to all of our loyal customers. We are now 3rd generation servicing Saginaw families. We are faithful and loyal to the City of Saginaw. Great friendly sales staff will welcome you to our store. Come in and see our large selection of fine furnishings & mattresses. We have three floors of displays in our historic Old Town Saginaw building, built in 1878.
